I believe everyone needs to know this— no feeling lasts forever. Stepping into love is always just one small choice away.
I know what it means to live under the weight of perception. Growing up as the daughter of a sports legend, I carried an identity that was not meant for me. I moved through the world hyper-aware and anxious of how I might be seen, judged, or misunderstood.
The journey from that self-doubt to genuine self-love required more than positive thinking. It required restructuring my identity from the inside out: choosing new beliefs, reshaping my environment, and doing the deep work of processing — not just in my mind, but through the most powerful physical tool we have for healing— the body.
I’ve experienced multiple turning points and consistent practice: morning EFT sessions, rewiring my inner dialogue, choosing connection over isolation. The more I chose love, the more it became embodied truth. Those daily steps compounded into the dream life I designed: a life filled with self-love, confidence, and creative joy.
Self-love isn’t selfish; rather, it’s how we create ripples of positive change. I believe that when we fill our own cup first, we overflow with love that transforms not just our lives, but positively impacts everyone around us.

You hear, from the garden gate, the gatherings within the garden, the speakers, the conversations with magical thinkers. You send your questions over the gate and you receive answers in Q&As where nothing is off limits. You thrive in proximity to this living, lovely world.
🧚🏻 The Sacred Garden ($5.55/month or $66/year) — You are welcome in the center of the sacred garden. You receive seasonal activations curated to your highest purpose, recorded and yours to bring home with you, your garden party favors. You have access to all areas of the garden, the new growths, and the old corners of my creative archive — every practice, every paid piece, every behind-the-scenes glimpse of my creative life. You thrive within our environment, growing in our community.
⛲️ The Wellspring (Founding Member, $222/year) — You are welcome at the wellspring at the center of the garden. You have access to everything in the Sacred Garden, plus a quarterly inner circle meeting where your questions and visions are honored and amplified. You go above and beyond participating in this community, your contribution sustains it. Your presence waters everything that grows.
This garden is in a constant state of evolution. Posts older than six months are tucked behind a paywall as a way of honoring the season that has passed and presencing the one we are currently in.
